Patricia A. Maris Age - Is Roger Maris's Wife Still Alive?

Patricia Maris is the wife of the late professional baseball right fielder Roger Maris. Her husband, Maris, is a well-respected baseballer best known for setting a new MLB single-season home run record in 1961 with 61 home runs.

Patricia hails from Gainesville, Florida, United States, and graduated from Shanley High School in Fargo. She is the mother of six children. Mr. and Mrs. were legally recognized as husband and wife in 1956.

The couple was together for almost three decades, but unfortunately, their fate had some other plans and Roger had to bid a heartfelt goodbye to his wife and children after almost 30 years of their marriage.

Mrs. Maris is mostly known to the media for being Rogers’ wife. After the sudden demise of her husband, Patrica made sure to establish herself as a strong and determined woman and solely looked after their children.

Although Mr. Maris is no longer with us, his legacy has been carried on by his wife and children. The mother of four is still winning the hearts of many people with her dependable and charming appearance.

Patricia A. Maris is between 80 and 85 years old. The late baseball star, Roger, met the love of his life, Patricia, in class ten at a high school basketball game. Even at her age, she is as energetic and charming as ever.

They spoke their vows in St. Anthony’s Catholic Church of Fargo in October 1956. Patricia and Roger had six children, but as Roger is no more, she is the only parent that their children have.

Patricia is enjoying her 80s with her children and living a wonderful life as a grandmother. She is also sometimes seen in baseball matches. She does not let her age decide what she wants to do and what she does not.

Her eldest son, Roger Maris Jr., often makes headlines for his appearances in different matches. Recently, he was the talk of the town after sharing an emotional moment with Aaron Judge’s mother.

Mrs. Maris is currently in her 80s and lost her husband in her 50s. Patricia has lived without her husband for more than 30 years, but she never even tried to move on from her past.

Patricia Maris is the mother of six children:  Roger E. Maris Jr., Randy Maris, Kevin J. Maris, Sandra Maris, Susan A. Maris, Richard Maris.

Their eldest son, Roger Maris Jr., owns 61 Outfitters. The company offers a variety of HomeRun Baseball, HomeRun Fishing, and HomeRun Hunting apparel for baseball, fishing, and hunting.

The second eldest son, Kevin Maris, 61, played one season of Class A baseball before moving to professional golf on the lower circuits. He formerly served as the baseball coach at a small, private high school called Oak Hall.

In September 2022, Roger Maris’ children honored Yankee Stadium with their attendance and witnessed the moment Aaron Judge broke their father’s record.

Kevin, one of his sons, commented that it’s nice to see his father still in the spotlight because of his baseball achievements. Maris’ son also expressed pride in his father’s accomplishments in the game.

He also said that while he was happy to learn that a Yankee was trying to break his father’s record, but he wanted to see his father keep the record.
